Las Vegas, NV (August 24, 2024) – The highly anticipated 2024 Sin City Showdown Pro Wellness division event is set to take place this Saturday, drawing a star-studded lineup of IFBB Pro League athletes. This prestigious competition will serve as a qualifier for the prestigious 2024 Olympia, scheduled for October 10-13 in Las Vegas.
Defending champion Daniele Mendonca will not be returning to defend her title, leaving the door open for a new champion to emerge. Promoter Tamer El Guindy has assembled an impressive roster of 14 elite Wellness competitors, hailing from various corners of the globe, including Brazil, the United States, Australia, Canada, South Korea, the United Kingdom, Spain, Argentina, and Costa Rica.

Among the favorites to claim the coveted Sin City Showdown Pro Wellness title are Kassandra Gillis of Canada, Juliane Almeida of Brazil, and Maria Paulette of Spain. Gillis, a former fourth-place finisher at the Wellness Olympia, has already secured two second-place finishes in 2024, while Almeida, a rookie pro, will be seeking to capitalize on her impressive runner-up finish at the Tupelo Pro. Paulette, a veteran of the inaugural Wellness Olympia in 2021, will be determined to improve on her previous seventh-place finish at the Tupelo Pro.
