The 2024 UK’s Strongest Man Competition Crowns Paul Smith as the Champion
The 2024 UK’s Strongest Man competition took place on June 8-9 in Cardiff, United Kingdom, gathering a dozen elite Strongman athletes vying for the prestigious national title. After two days of intense competition, Paul Smith emerged victorious, securing his third consecutive UK’s Strongest Man crown.
The competition format required the athletes to qualify for the second day through multiple events on the first day. Only eight competitors advanced to the final round, where they faced off in five grueling events, starting from scratch in terms of points.
