World’s Strongest Man 2024 Qualifying Groups Revealed – Exciting Lineup

World’s Strongest Man 2024 Groups Revealed as Competition Approaches

Published on April 30th, a day before the start of the 2024 World’s Strongest Man competition in Myrtle Beach, the qualifying groups have been unveiled. Legendary strongman athletes Eddie Hall and Terry Hollands officially announced the five groups of six competitors each, sharing their thoughts on the balanced lineups.

Similar to previous years, the 2024 World’s Strongest Man qualifiers will see athletes compete in the same set of five events, with the winner of each group directly advancing to the finals. However, the second and third place finishers will face off in a thrilling “Stone Off” event, where they take turns lifting a massive Atlas Stone over a beam until one can no longer continue.

“With no clear ‘Group of Death’ this year, the competition is expected to be extremely close across the board. While Mitchell Hooper and Tom Stoltman are tipped as favorites to secure their spots in the finals due to their proven consistency, the organizers anticipate several surprises as the qualifiers unfold.”

The 2024 World’s Strongest Man groups are as follows:

  1. Group One: Kevin Faires, Tristain Hoath, Trey Mitchell, Luke Stoltman, Eddie Williams, Oskar Ziolkowski
  2. Group Two: Austin Andrade, Gavin Bilton, Nicolas Cambi, Ondra Fojtu, Mitchell Hooper, Spenser Remick
  3. Group Three: Adam Bishop, Thomas Evans, Rob Kearney, Pa O’Dwyer, Mathew Ragg, Aivars Šmaukstelis
  4. Group Four: Marcus Crowder, Kane Francis, Rauno Heinla, Pavlo Kordiyaka, Evans Nana, Evan Singleton
  5. Group Five: Wesley Derwinsky, Nathan Goltry, Adam Roszkowski, Jaco Schoonwinkel, Tom Stoltman, Bobby Thompson
